About Gili Trawangan
Gili Trawangan is the largest of Lombok's three famous Gili Islands, known for its vibrant atmosphere, stunning beaches, and world-class diving spots. Unlike its quieter neighbors Gili Meno and Gili Air, Trawangan offers a lively nightlife scene while still maintaining its tropical island charm.
The island is car-free and motorcycle-free, with bicycles and horse-drawn carriages (cidomo) as the main modes of transportation. The crystal-clear waters surrounding the island are home to sea turtles, colorful coral reefs, and diverse marine life, making it a paradise for snorkelers and divers.
